Privacy Notice

Information collected by Club Quake will never be sold or rented to third parties.  Member names and city of residence may be made available to other members at club events.  Full member information will only be shared with elected club officials and the San Jose Earthquakes professional soccer team.

Non Profit Status

Club Quake is a 501(c)(7) in the eyes of the IRS (which is all that really matters).  Membership dues and donations are therefore NOT deductible as charitable contributions.

Membership Policies

Club Quake is a social organization set forth to celebrate and improve the experience of San Jose soccer fans both inside  and outside the stadium.  By doing so, we hope to increase the popularity of professional soccer and help ensure the future success of MLS and the Earthquakes.  To accomplish this we accept all members, regardless of ethnic, economic, or religious background.

We do NOT condone nor participate in antisocial, violent, or disruptive behaviors.
