MLS Cup in Toronto

Hi

My Name is Connie and i am a member of the Red Patch Boys in Toronto. I am trying to get in touch with the leaders of all the SG in the league to create a contact list regarding the MLS Cup events in November.
Can someone please get in touch with me with contact info. i will be emailing event info over the season so that the leaders can pass it on to there members.
